Our forums, groups, and discussion areas let members share their own experiences and support one another. Content shared by community members reflects their personal views and experiences, not medical advice from ANCCER. Research articles, clinical trial listings, and related content available through anccer.org are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health or a medical condition.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using anccer.org, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described there.

ANCCER reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

anccer.org is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANCCER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANCCER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill, arising from: (i) your use of or inability to use the services; (ii) unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any information stored there; (iii) any interruption or cessation of the services; (iv) any bugs or malicious code transmitted through the services by a third party; (v) any content posted or shared through the services; or (vi) the conduct of any third party using the services.
